As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic, client-focused, and commercially minded Enterprise Client Service Lead to support and expand relationships within complex enterprise client environments.

Position Overview: The Enterprise Client Service Lead (CSL) serves as a strategic relationship leader responsible for overseeing client delivery, ensuring exceptional client service, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings within enterprise accounts. This role blends strategic advisory leadership, enterprise transformation oversight, client delivery management, and business development, requiring an individual who can serve as a trusted advisor while driving value for both clients and the firm.

This role is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in Big Four or advisory consulting, or senior finance leaders with enterprise-scale operating experience, who bring the ability to lead complex engagements, develop and expand executive-level client relationships, and identify opportunities for growth across a broad range of financial and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Delivery Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and senior relationship lead for enterprise clients, developing trusted partnerships built on a deep understanding of client priorities and challenges.
  • Oversee consulting engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring quality execution, client satisfaction, and strong management of expectations.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and service lines to support integrated, high-quality solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Provide leadership and oversight across multiple client engagements, balancing delivery excellence with strategic relationship management.

Account Growth & Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to scope, shape, and support proposals and solution development for client opportunities.
  • Support account growth by aligning client needs with the firm’s broader service offerings.
  • Contribute to business development strategies, market positioning, and enterprise relationship expansion.

Advisory & Strategic Leadership:

  • Provide executive-level advisory support to clients on complex accounting, finance, operational, or transformation-related matters.
  • Serve as a thought partner to client stakeholders, helping identify risks, opportunities, and practical solutions.
  • Bring leadership presence and sound judgment in navigating complex client environments and business challenges.
  • Support clients in navigation transformation, modernization, process improvement, and operational scalability initiatives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal leadership and engagement teams to support successful delivery and resource alignment.
  • Mentor and support team members, contributing to talent development and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate across practices to deliver integrated client solutions and support firm growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in consulting, advisory, or enterprise client leadership roles, ideally within Big Four, national consulting firms, or comparable professional services environments.
  • Alternatively, significant experience as a senior finance leader (e.g. Controller, VP Finance, CFO) with enterprise-scale operating experience and client-facing advisory capability.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex client relationships, overseeing delivery, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise environments involving finance, accounting, operational transformation, governance, risk, compliance, modernization, or strategic advisory initiatives.
  • Proven leadership skills, including mentoring teams and collaborating across functions.
  • CPA or other relevant professional/industry credentials preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and business development efforts.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders within evolving and complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, modernization, governance, or operational improvement initiatives strongly preferred
